Project Management
This work package ensures effective project coordination and high-quality outputs through structured monitoring and evaluation. It focuses on evaluating educational measures according to EQAVET standards and quality assuring project processes. Trainings are tested in various countries with at least 15 participants per trial and evaluated by Satakunta University and Gdansk University. Target groups are involved through workshops and trials to capture their needs.
Quality assurance includes monthly checks of project execution, with semi-annual reviews and continuous improvements through evaluations and surveys. An external agency evaluates collaboration, management, and implementation independently.

Basics & Train the Trainer
This work package lays the foundation for the project's success by creating a unified database and developing a targeted Train the Trainer program. Its goals are to establish a solid knowledge base, understand national conditions and target group needs, and train qualified educators to implement high-quality educational and innovation programs.
Key activities include analyzing economic, demographic, educational, and labor market conditions, as well as legal frameworks across Baltic Sea Region countries. These analyses ensure the development of targeted training measures. A Train the Trainer program is also being created with curriculum, teaching materials, guidelines, and evaluation concepts.
Main results:
- A comprehensive report on economic, demographic, labor market conditions, and skills needs for the green economy.
- A fully developed and tested Train the Trainer program to prepare educators for training and innovation.
- A network of qualified trainers and educators across all regions for high-quality training delivery.
Sustainable Management degree program
Establishing a comprehensive knowledge base and training

Energy & Climate Protection degree programme
This work package focuses on improving qualifications for SMEs in renewable building energy technology by creating a dual education pathway that combines vocational training with academic studies.
Key activities include assessing qualification needs, developing curricula and modular concepts, and establishing an official certification system. It integrates vocational training into dual study programs and develops a continuing education program for energy service management.

- An official examination regulation with recognized certification.

Innovation Promotion & R&D

This work package focuses on strengthening the competitiveness and productivity of SMEs through innovation support and R&D projects in collaboration with universities. By facilitating knowledge and technology transfer, it aims to foster innovation and the development of new products and processes.
Key activities include developing a tailored innovation support concept for SMEs and carrying out R&D projects in partnership with universities.
Main results:
- A concept for promoting innovation in SMEs, aligned with SME needs and coordinated with relevant support institutions.
- Ongoing knowledge and technology transfer, along with successful R&D projects that address industry-specific challenges.
Dissemination, Implementation Consulting & Ensuring Long-Term Continuation
This work package ensures the widespread dissemination and sustainable implementation of the project’s results. It focuses on raising awareness, transferring knowledge, and enabling the long-term continuation of project activities across 13 countries.
Key activities include sharing results with institutions such as universities, SME support organizations, and policymakers, and transferring all outcomes to 74 associated partners. The package also ensures the ongoing development of educational and innovation measures.
Main results:
- A comprehensive manual summarizing all project outcomes, published and electronically distributed.
- Transfer of results through consultations and materials to partners in 13 countries.
- Dissemination measures, including 8 press releases, 4 press conferences, 18 event presentations, 8 videos, and a transfer conference.
- A binding action plan with a financial strategy for post-project activities.
- Binding action plan with financing plan for the continuation of activities after the end of the project
