Basics and Train the Trainer
The ‘Basics & Train the Trainer’ work package lays the foundation for the successful implementation of all project activities. It combines in-depth analysis with a specially developed qualification programme for teachers, consultants and university lecturers to ensure high-quality education and innovation support.
Main results:
A. Report on the analysis of the economy, demographics, education and labour markets, as well as the qualification requirements in the green economy and the national and legal conditions in all countries of the Baltic Sea Region (= all partner and associated partner countries)
B. Comprehensive concept for a specialised train-the-trainer programme, including a curriculum, teaching materials, a detailed implementation report and an evaluation concept with a final evaluation report.
C. Provision of highly trained teachers, counsellors and university lecturers to implement the educational measures and promote innovation.
