Project Management
The project management work package ensures effective coordination and quality assurance of the project activities. It differentiates between the evaluation of the training measures and the quality assurance of the processes. The training measures are evaluated in accordance with EQAVET and using the results of the ‘Baltic Education’ project. Training courses are tested in different countries with at least 15 participants and evaluated by the universities of Satakunta and Gdansk. Target groups are involved through workshops and practical trials.
Quality assurance of the processes includes monthly checks by an experienced team member and bi-annual coordination with all partners. Evaluations and surveys are used to continuously improve cooperation and implementation. In addition, an external office is evaluating the entire project management.

A. A quality manual with detailed plans and instruments for project implementation.
B. Quality assurance of project implementation and realisation.
C. A report of all evaluations and quality assurance measures.
