Project Management

Quality Manual: Evaluation Concepts and Quality Plans

This result presents the Quality Manual of the BA&VET project. It defines the evaluation concepts, quality assurance methods, and monitoring procedures applied to all project activities and provides a common framework to ensure quality, transparency, and comparability across all partner countries.

The Quality Manual covers two main areas: the evaluation of educational measures and the evaluation of project processes. Educational measures include the Train the Trainer program, further vocational training courses, and dual Bachelor’s degree programs, which are evaluated using quantitative and qualitative methods such as surveys, interviews, and observations in line with EQAVET principles.

In addition, the manual defines quality assurance for project management, cooperation, transfer, and dissemination. Overall, it ensures that evaluation is used as a continuous improvement tool and that all project results are reliable, transferable, and ready for implementation.
