Sustainable Management degree program
The ‘Sustainable Management Degree Program’ work package focuses on developing the qualifications and frameworks needed to integrate sustainable management education into SMEs. This package aims to create a sustainable and practical educational pathway for entrepreneurs, managers, and employees to support the green economy through dual education programs and official certifications.
Main results:
A. Report on qualification conditions and needs of SMEs in business administration and sustainable management for entrepreneurs, managers, and employees.
B. Realisation concept for the integration of vocational training into dual degree programs, including guidelines and checklists for implementation in partner countries.
C. Official exam regulations with accredited continuing education qualifications, including application guidelines and checklists for national adaptations in partner countries.
D. Comprehensive concept for a dual degree program in “Business Administration & Sustainable Management of SMEs,” including curriculum, module handbook, and exam regulations.
E. Continuing education program in “Business Administration & Sustainable Management,” including curriculum, teaching materials, and exam regulations.
